FAQ

1. How Long Will It Take To Build My Site?
Because every site is different, we review your free analysis, and give you a time frame.

2. Will You Work On My Existing Website?
Yes, we will and we do this often. 
Our Design Consultants can usually work with your files.

3. Can You Make Future Upgrades To My Site?
Yes,  upgrades and redesigns can be performed with an additional fee.

4. Do I Need To Know HTML To Maintain My Website?
We believe in educating our clients to run and maintain their site, this can be an additional fee which depends on your service plan with us. All changes can be performed on your browser, this also depends on the website plan and services you have through us. You must determine if its advantageous to do this yourself or let us make these periodic changes (maintenance). For web site changes, upgrades and maintenance that goes beyond your knowledge,  we can help you select one of our maintenance fee package that is right for you.

5. Can I make changes to my website and have access to my website hosting account?
Yes. If a CUSTOMER is given access or has access (user and password) to their website hosting account where our website design service has been created or uploaded, extra fees will be charged in the event a customer needs any help or support (email, phone, fax, etc.). Fees for help and support are determined by us.

6. What Are The Payment Terms? 
50% is due at the start of the project and the remaining 50% is due when the job half to 75% finished. These terms are negotiable, depending on the project and situation.

7. Do you give refunds?
No. Normally will not give any refunds because most of our products and services are non-tangible. This rule is standard in the website design and graphic design industry. We have not had a customer to date that has asked for any type of refund. Our #1 goal is a happy customer!
